On the Wednesdays 20th and 27th of February and on the 6th of March 2019 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: On animals' trails – a hike from the national park information point Hintersee on wintry trails to the wildlife feeding in Klausbachtal.
Especially in winter the trails of many local animals can be discovered easily, because they show their presence with footprints and feeding patterns. A member of the staff of the national park will support you with the tracking and explain you more about the biotope of the animals and the strategies that help them to survive the winter.
Average physical fitness, warm and weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes are required.
The meeting point is at 11 a.m. at the national park information point Hintersee, Hirschbichlstraße 26, Ramsau.
